Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been worn, soiled or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition including the original shoe box they were delivered in. All items being returned are at the customers expense. Do not place a label or write directly on shoe box.

SALE MERCHANDISE IS NEITHER RETURNABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE.
If you are exchanging, we will ship the new item again for FREE. (We limit our free exchange policy to two exchanges.)

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
All unworn and defective returns must be mailed back to the address below. Failure to follow these instructions will delay the exchange and refund process.
 

BACK ORDERS
Our inventory is extremely large, however, if your order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know for how long or if there is a recommended substitute.

PAYMENT POLICY
We will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

SHIPPING
If you have ordered more then one item it is probable that you will be receiving multiple shipments and receiving them at different times.

We will be using our inventory as well as our vendors to fill web orders. Most of our vendors will drop ship the item to you. When you receive your item(s) you may find a packing slip created by our vendor. Our vendor will not include our exchange or return information. It is important to follow our return policy. This will ensure a prompt exchange or credit.
